Dashboard¶
dashboard:canUseDashboard¶
Allows users to access and use the main dashboard interface. This is the fundamental permission to interact with the Netsocs control panel, where all system widgets and components are displayed. Without this permission, users will not be able to access any dashboard functionality.

Allows users to view the hierarchical tree view of devices and objects in the dashboard. This view organizes all system elements in a tree structure, facilitating navigation and understanding of device topology, objects, and their relationships within the platform.

Allows users to add new widgets to the dashboard. Users with this permission can select and add different types of widgets from the available catalog, customizing their workspace according to their specific monitoring and control needs.

Allows users to move and resize widgets on the dashboard. This permission grants the ability to rearrange widget layout, change their size and position to create a personalized layout that optimizes the display of the most relevant information.

Allows users to modify existing live video widget configuration. This includes changing video sources, adjusting stream quality, modifying available controls, and updating display properties.

Visits¶
visits:canMakeManualCheckin¶
Allows users to manually register visitor check-in. This permission is essential for receptions where staff needs to confirm visitor arrivals who may or may not have a previously scheduled visit.

Allows users to manually register visitor check-out. Staff can mark visitor departures from the building or facility, completing the visit cycle and updating presence records.

Allows users to delete visit records from the system. This permission should be used with caution as it affects history and may have audit and security implications.
