Test Description

Verify the controller's behavior when communication is lost between a main device and its associated peripherals.

Scope:

Evaluates scenarios where:

• A camera loses connection with the recorder/NVR
• An alarm sensor disconnects from the receiving station
• Secondary devices become isolated from the main controller

Test Cases:

• Abrupt physical disconnection (e.g., cable extraction)
• Network interruption (e.g., intermediate switch failure)
• Power failure on peripheral

Test Steps

1. Start the driver and register a device.
2. Disconnect the peripheral from the device.

Expected Results

1. The object representing the peripheral must have the state property "offline" set to "true"
