Objective

This test verifies the functionality of driver's capability to provide PTZ functionality, allowing the client to manipulate with camera position, zoom, focus and iris.

Test Steps

1. Start the driver
2. On the dashboard, open a PTZ camera
3. In the camera view, open the PTZ control menu
4. Change the camera position, focus, iris and zoom

Expected Results

• The device responds to PTZ control requests
• The following events are logged in the audit log:
  • 'PERSON' sent command Show Live Video to 'OBJECT'.
  • 'PERSON' requested live video for 'OBJECT'.
  • 'PERSON' sent command PTZ Move to 'OBJECT'.

Where:

• PERSON represents the name of the person executing the command
• OBJECT represents the name of the 'video_channel' object of the video channel
