Objective

Verify that the driver correctly processes intrusion alarm events in alarm systems or systems with similar functionality.

Test Steps

  1. Arm the alarm system
  2. Activate an intrusion alarm sensor
  3. Restore the alarm
  4. Confirm the alarm in the Netsocs interface

Expected Results

  • The object representing the alarm sensor has the state "in_alarm"
  • The object representing the alarm partition has the state "in_alarm"
  • The event log must have a record of the alarm event. The object emitting the event must be the same as the object representing the alarm sensor.
  • After restoring the alarm, the object representing the alarm sensor must have the state "ok"
  • After restoring the alarm, the object representing the alarm partition must have the state "alarm_panel.state.disarmed" or "alarm_panel.state.armed"
  • The device audit log must have two new entries:
Alarm on 'DEVICE'
Alarm restored 'DEVICE'

Where:

  • 'DEVICE' is the device name.

Additional Notes

  • It is recommended to restore the camera to factory settings and make a short configuration video of the analytics for their reception in Netsocs. Often some specific configurations are needed and it is recommended that these be documented as much as possible to avoid confusion when setting up the device.
