The Video Grid is the main interface within Netsocs Synergy for real-time monitoring.
It allows creating custom views with multiple camera streams simultaneously, providing complete situational awareness of your facilities.

The grid design is flexible: you can organize cameras in different layouts to adapt to each scenario, from routine monitoring to incident management.

Video Grid Components

Component	Description
Video Panels	Individual grid boxes. Each displays a camera's stream.
Layout Selector	Control that adjusts the grid structure (e.g., 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 1+5), allowing prioritizing critical views or maximizing the number of cameras.
Panel Controls	Individual tools per camera: full screen, PTZ controls (Pan-Tilt-Zoom), or technical information.

Methods to Load Cameras in the Grid

There are two ways to populate the grid with cameras. Each method responds to a different use case: permanent views vs. quick visualizations.

• Method 1: Configuration from the Video Widget
  Select and assign cameras using the widget's internal configuration menu.
  Ideal for predefined layouts that load automatically in your Dashboards.

• Method 2: Drag and Drop from the Object Tree
  Dynamically drag a camera from the object tree and drop it into an empty panel.
  Perfect for temporary visualizations during event investigation.
