System Settings

The System Settings section is the administrative area of Netsocs Synergy.
From here you can access general information about your instance, manage your software license, and customize the visual appearance of the platform.

The interface is organized into three main tabs, each with a specific purpose.

    Review your license status and limits, including the number of allowed devices and validity dates.

    Customize the interface with your own logo and background image.

Information Tab

This tab shows essential details about your installation and official contact channels for support.

Authorization

Field Description
Authorization Unique authorization code for your instance.
Copyright Software copyright information.
Version Current installed software version.

Contact Information

  • E-Mail: Official email address for technical support.
  • Phone: Contact number for assistance.

License Tab

Allows verifying the limits and status of the Netsocs Synergy license. Here you can confirm how many devices and objects are authorized.

License Data

The top section shows a visual summary of the license, with icons representing each resource type:

⚙️ Integrations / Devices: Connected third-party systems.
🔒 Access Control Points: Managed doors or readers.
🚨 Alarm Zones: Monitored intrusion zones.
⏸️ Generic Objects: Sensors or other generic objects.
📹 Video Channels: Integrated cameras.
📍 GPS Objects: Tracking devices.
🔘 Additional Modules: Licensed capabilities or modules.

License Details and Actions

At the bottom you'll find specific details and available actions:

  • License Netsocs: Name of the license holder entity.
  • #: Serial number or unique license identifier.
  • Last validation: Date and time of last validation with Netsocs servers.
  • Valid until: License or support plan expiration date.
  • Revalidate license: Button to manually force validation and sync license status.

Theme and Brand Tab

Allows customizing the visual appearance of Netsocs Synergy, adapting the interface to your organization's branding (white-label mode).

Customization Options

  • Background Image:
    Background image for the login screen and other visual areas.

  • Brand Logo:
    Your company logo, replacing Netsocs in the navigation bar and other interface locations.

TIP
- Use .png files with transparent background for the Brand Logo.
- For the Background Image, use an image in 1920x1080 optimized in size to avoid slow loading.
